Jacqui Craig

Jacqui works at board level with senior executives and with first line management and multi-cultural groups, teams in conflict and virtual team working. Her expertise lies in the subjects of Emotional Intelligent (EI) leadership, professional and personal impact, and communication. She coaches and develops individuals and teams to create collaborative business environments that achieve high performance results.

She held senior management positions with Federal Express International, ODI (Europe) and British Telecommunications (BT). Leading a sales function of Fedex she went on to become responsible for the sales training and development across Europe. As a lead consultant at ODI Europe, she was responsible for implementing Total Quality Management (TQM) within blue-chip organisations and led a division of BT through significant change and transformation and was responsible for the development and implementation of their leadership development and talent pipeline.

Jacqui is a qualified executive coach, an accredited EI (Emotional Intelligence) coach, accredited Hogan user, Team Alchemy System Master Facilitator and a TMS (Team Management Systems) coach. A member of EMCC (European Mentoring and Coaching Council) she is committed to the guiding principles and professional standards set by them. Recent clients include: Legal and General, Deutsche Bank, SKF, BT, Airbus, EY, Nato, NHS, Boehringer Ingleheim, Burberry, Estee Lauder, Netjets and local charities and individuals.
